We appreciate our racers! This is a small town of less than 500 people and YOU make a difference to us. Proceeds from this race go to various organizations in Marathon whether it is the library, the school or our precious Post Park. We hire locals for our event so the money goes right back into our town. Unlike big cities, your individual registration can have a big impact. We hope to show you the hospitality that will bring you back to see us. Thank you!
*No marathon walkers. Your pace must be such that you are off the course by 1:30 or you will be picked up. Please understand that this is the desert and on an isolated highway. Conditions can change quickly and we need to manage a safe event. If you cannot accomplish this pace then register for the 1/2 marathon.
This is a highway race that is not closed off to traffic. To manage a safe race we need only racers on the course. Thank you for your support for safety.
